  • 40 - 250 Units.

  • Target Acquisition size around $2M – $15M.

  • Approximately $50K – $60K per door.

  • Built after 1980.

  • Cash-flowing at acquisition.

The firm’s founder brings 30+ years in managing a collective $4 Billion in a variety of assets, and a disciplined, analytical approach to acquiring and repositioning underperforming multifamily properties in strong secondary and tertiary markets. Focused on value-add strategies, creative financing, and long-term partnerships, Eric leads RRH with an emphasis on conservative underwriting, operational excellence, and investor alignment. Backed by a team with over $550 million in collective assets under management, RRH is built on integrity, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Senior Advisor

John is a master at assessing and analyzing property and market fundamentals for new property acquisitions as well as creating, maintaining, and updating financial models of existing and potential new investments. He's an amazing listener who builds strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and passive investors. He works relentlessly to make sure Elevate can acquire properties at a good price so that we can deliver higher than average returns to our investors.
